1. Information We Collect

OnlineVC is designed with privacy-first principles. We do not record, store, or archive the audio or video streams transmitted between users. Video and audio streams are exchanged directly peer-to-peer (P2P) using WebRTC encryption. We collect:

Account Information: Username, email address, password hash, gender, and country when registering.
Technical Metadata: IP address, browser user-agent, and connection timestamps to enable WebRTC signaling and automated fraud/abuse moderation.
Transaction Data: Razorpay payment order identifiers and transaction statuses (we never store your credit/debit card details or UPI PIN).

2. WebRTC Peer-to-Peer Encryption

All video and voice media channels are encrypted end-to-end using DTLS (Datagram Transport Layer Security) and SRTP (Secure Real-time Transport Protocol). In circumstances where symmetric NAT or strict enterprise firewalls require relay through our Coturn TURN server, packets are relayed in real-time without inspection or storage.

3. Use of Cookies and Storage

We use localized client storage (localStorage) strictly to remember your 18+ Age Gate certification, session authentication tokens, and user interface preferences.

4. Abuse Reporting and IP Logging

We retain temporary IP logs strictly associated with user reports of abusive behavior, non-consensual content, and harassment to enforce our 3-strike safety policy and protect platform integrity.
