1. Age Requirement (Strictly 18+)

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use the OnlineVC platform. By accessing the site or clicking "I Agree" on our Age Gate notice, you affirm and warrant that you are legally an adult in your jurisdiction.

2. Prohibited Conduct and Content

You agree not to host, display, upload, transmit, or share any video or audio stream or text message that:

• Is obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, or racially/ethnically objectionable.
• Depicts nudity, sexual organs, sexual acts, or illicit solicitations.
• Harasses, intimidates, defames, bullies, or threatens another participant.
• Involves unauthorized screen recording, broadcasting, or archiving of peer video streams without explicit mutual written consent.
• Deploys bots, emulators, automated scripts, or fraudulent virtual cameras.

3. Automated 3-Report Ban Engine

Under our zero-tolerance safety architecture, if any user receives three (3) independent violation reports from distinct peers, the backend engine immediately terminates active streams and automatically bans the offending IP address for 48 hours without prior notice.

4. Platform Neutrality & Peer-to-Peer Transmission

OnlineVC functions solely as a real-time connection provider. Video and audio communications are established directly peer-to-peer between users. OnlineVC does not record, monitor, or control user-generated communications.
