Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applicable to OnlineVC VIP Subscriptions & Payment Transactions

1. Nature of Digital Service

OnlineVC VIP Subscriptions grant immediate electronic access to advanced features, including gender filters, country matching, ad removal, and dedicated TURN relay servers. Because digital access is granted instantly upon successful Razorpay payment verification, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds will be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

Double or multiple erroneous debits for a single subscription plan due to technical gateway delays.
Payment successfully debited by bank/Razorpay but subscription failed to activate within 24 hours of notification.

3. Termination for Policy Violations

Any account or IP address suspended or permanently banned for violating the Information Technology Act (e.g. broadcasting nudity, harassment, or unlawful acts) forfeits any active subscription duration without right of refund.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund review, contact our support team at billing@onlinevc.in with your Razorpay Payment ID and registered username. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
